MSD is the voice of the medical profession in our state legislature and represents physicians before various regulatory agencies. We represent our membership on governmental committees and commissions pertaining to important topics such as medical liability reform, mental health access, vaccine distribution, and workers compensation.
MSD is accredited through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and hosts and sponsors educational activities designed to meet the needs of Delaware’s physicians. Members are encouraged to forward documentation of AMA PRA Category 1™ credits earned to be entered into our transcript repository and will be provided transcripts annually and upon request at any time.
