Forensic Dentistry Our speaker this year is Richard (Dick) Weems, DMD. Dr. Weems is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and received his DMD from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry (UAB) in 1977. After graduating dental school he served in the U. S. Army Dental Corps at Fort Jackson, South Carolina from 1977-1979 and received the Army Commendation Medal. Subsequently, he was in private practice in Birmingham, Alabama for three years.
