MSD’s Training & Compliance Coordinator, Dwayne Downs is a Navy veteran and holds certifications in Medical Office Management, HIPAA, OSHA and Medical Terminology, with experience in health care compliance. Dwayne is also BLS certified by the American Heart Association.
