MSD 2019 Annual Meeting and Inaugural Gala

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION
Decide which of the following registration options best describes your plans:
A. Full Registration (MSD Members Only - All inclusive): Your complimentary event registration includes choice of selecting Educational and Council Meeting attendance, health screenings by Lab Corp, and Inaugural Gala attendance. Note: the health screenings and Inaugural Gala registrations have fees; however member registration for the Educational program and Council meeting attendance is free.

B. Non-Member Registration:  Includes ability to register for Educational Program and Council Meeting, as well as the Inaugural Gala.  Does not provide registration functions for Health Screening options.  Nonmember registration for the Educational Program and Council Meeting is $100.  Registration for the Inaugural Gala has a fee for both members and non-members.

C. Gala Only Registration (for Members or Non-Members):  Chose this option if you are only planning to attend the Inaugural Gala.  The registration fee is $0, but one gala ticket will be automatically added to your cart.  To purchase a guest ticket, add a guest registration using the add a guest button.  $125/pp for member registration or $180/pp for nonmembers.   if you need to purchase more than two tickets, contact MSD directly.
Members can use a promo code to get a $10 per ticket discount off the price of Gala tickets for members bringing a guest.  See the members only Promo Codes tab near the top left of this page for details.

Click the Register Myself button below to start

1. Choose your preferred registration option (refer to instructions above)
2. Opt in or out of sharing your office contact information with exhibitors (Be sure to save your response!)
3. Scroll down to view and add registration items to your cart.

Need to register a Guest? After registering yourself, use the Add a guest option   

It will appear once you click the Register Myself button.  Note:  You will need to use "Add a guest" in order to receive member pricing for health screens and Inaugural Gala registration.
It looks like this: 

1. Fill in your guest's information and click save at the bottom of the pop up window.  
2. Select a registration option for your guest (see above). 
3. Add items to your guest's cart.
4. Proceed to checkout.

Need to register someone else from your same practice? Use the Register Someone Else button

Start with the "Register Someone Else" button or:
After registering yourself and adding your desired items to your cart, scroll back up and click the "Register Someone Else" button. Click into the contact search box to see if they are in our database. If not, you can add them via the "add a new contact" option just below the contact search box. Note: if there are no other contacts associated with your account in our database, you will automatically get a form to enter someone as a contact and then you can register him or her for the event.

Inaugural Gala (Evening Social Event)
Inaugural Gala will be held at the Deerfield (507 Thompson Station Rd, Newark, DE).  Honor Andrew W. Dahlke, MD as the outgoing MSD President and his work during this past year, and welcome incoming President Joseph J. Straight, MD.  Music will be provided by "The Funsters."
